Neat Landscaping LLC led by its owner, Mr. Hector Cortes, transformed our dated, dark, and dull front and back yard to an exciting oasis. Mr. Cortes recommended the right array of foliage, surely tapping on his expert knowledge of various plants and flowers that would be the right fit for our home. His pinpoint placement of both rocks and plants complimented each other thus amplifying our home’s color and layout.

We are extremely pleased with the outcome and are excited with the complete transformation of our yard; pictures do not truly reveal the true beauty of our new landscape.

In December of 2016 I faced the daunting chore of trying to make something out of the new landscaping  at my new residence in Solivita. My biggest concern was to create a hedge row behind the lanai so we didn’t feel like we were sitting in our neighbors back yard.

After several lengthy interviews I contracted with Hector Cortes and his Neat Landscaping Company. Hector has been caring for my landscaping for over a year. I can’t rave enough about his service, his caring attention to detail, and the honest hard working person he is.             

It’s important when installing new growth that they are sourced from a professional grower who treats for disease and invasive insects before selling, unlike the box stores.
